Houlton Students Make “Brain Break” Classroom Resources

Two Houlton Health and Wellness students make "Brain Break" activities for classroom teachers.
Houlton’s Health and Wellness student committee helped make “Brain Break” classroom resources for their classroom teachers. “Brain Breaks” are ways for teachers to incorporate physical activities into a classroom to help students energize or relax.  They finished their meeting with a healthy snack – smoothies!
