Hudson Middle School is hosting a Parent Seminar on Monday, March 12 from 5:30-6:30 PM.
The seminar topic is, Understanding Your Adolecent Brain, presented by Brian Crim, LMFT
Brian will be presenting an abbreviated version of his Understanding Your Adolescent seminar. He will discuss how the teenage brain works, the changes it is going through during these years, and how to encourage a healthy and positive relational dynamic with teens. Time permitting, Brian hopes to touch on a couple of areas he is frequently asked about at these seminars…media/technology and depression/anxiety in teens.
