Spring and Summer Speed Camps
Spring and summer speed camps are being offered at St. Croix Acceleration (Hudson). The camps are designed to improve top end speed and explosiveness. Acceleration offers its incline speed treadmill program that works well with any strength and conditioning program.
Acceleration trains in small groups of 2-6 athletes. Athletes spring on an incline treadmill in front of a mirror with a trainer breaking down and correcting sprinting flaws. High intensity, over speed, sprinting bouts are completed for 55 minutes and complemented with hip, glute, hamstring, and core strengthening drills. Pre- and post-tests are also completed.
