WITC (Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College) provides on-site Driver Education training at Hudson High School

WITC takes Driver Education very seriously. Our goal is to provide a thorough training program for our students while meeting or exceeding all State requirements. We aim to produce well-prepared, responsible new drivers within your community. We want your student to feel confident upon completion of our program.

Classroom (Theory)
All classes will be held at the Hudson High School. The Theory class is 30 hours. Students must be at least 15 years old to take the Theory class. Cost of the Theory class will be approximately $110 (fees are set by the Wisconsin Technical College Board in April).

Behind-the-Wheel (BTW)
Behind-the-Wheel students will be picked up at the Hudson High School. BTW consists of 6 hours of driving and 6 hours of observation. Students must be at least 15 1/2 years of age to be eligible for BTW. They must also complete the Theory class and obtain their instructional permit by the first day they are scheduled to drive. Cost of BTW is $240 (fees subject to change).
