2023-2024 Student Transportation Request

In order for your child to receive transportation to/from your primary address, you will need to complete your child’s Annual Registration in Skyward Family Access.

  • Click on YES to transportation in Step 8 in the registration process.
  • If you need transportation to an address other than your family 1 address, you will need to submit a request through the form that is linked in Step 8 of the registration process.

Families will receive 2023-2024 transportation details two weeks prior to the start of the school year.

Website Registration

  • Visit: https://wihudsons.traversaride360.com/
  • Select the Registration Option
    • Register using a valid email address.
    • Create a unique password.
    • Enter your first name.
    • Enter your last name.
  • You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered with.
  • In your confirmation email you will select login to complete your registration.
  • Login using the email address and password created when registering.

Mobile App Registration

  • Visit your mobile app store and download the free Traversa Ride 360 app.
  • Open the app and select USA for country.
  • Type Hudson Schools Wisconsin in the find your school section.
  • Select the Register option
    • Register using a valid email address.
    • Create a unique password.
    • Enter your first name.
    • Enter your last name.
  • You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered with.
  • In your confirmation email you will select login to complete your registration.
  • Login using the email address and password created when registering.

Linking to Your Child

You will need to pieces of information to link to your child:

  • 7 digit Traversa ID number which is bolded on your transportation details.
  • Child’s last name.

Transportation Eligibility Policy:

  • Transportation will be provided for students in grades K-8 living one mile or more from the school they attend. Distance from the school is determined along the shortest route on a public roadway.
  • Transportation will be provided for students in grades 9-12 living two miles or more from the school they attend. Distance from the school is determined along the shortest route on a public roadway.
  • Only one pick up and one delivery location within your child’s school attendance area is permitted unless the child legally resides at two parental households within the school district’s boundaries.
  • Childcare provider must reside within your child’s school attendance area.
  • Children with boundary exceptions are not eligible for transportation.
  • All special needs transportation will be arranged with the child’s teacher through the IEP process.
