The 2024-25 Student Annual Registration is open. Please login to your Skyward Family Access Account and complete all steps under the 2024-25 Annual Registration tab. If you have multiple children, you will need to do this for each child. Click here for registration instructions. **Hudson 4K and New Kindergarten Student Enrollment Begins Online February 9, 2024

As part of the enrollment process, you will need the following documents verified in-person. If you are not able to attend the in-person night to verify your documents, you will need to make an appointment at one of the Elementary Schools to complete your document verification.

  • Valid government issued photo ID of parent/guardian enrolling the child.
  • Verification of child’s age.
  • Proof of address in the Hudson School District.
  • Immunization record.
  • Verification of parent/guardian identity and relationship to child.

**Ride 360 APP RETIRING 

This spring, the Ride 360 app that Hudson School District uses to provide our families with student transportation information will be retired, and an updated app is now available to all users. This new app, My Ride K-12, can be downloaded starting this month in the Apple and Android app stores. You will need to download the new app to access updated transportation information for your child/children. Usernames and passwords from Ride 360 will carry over into My Ride K-12. Additionally, you can use your existing log-in information to access a web version of My Ride K-12 at myride k12.tylerapp.com. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Lunch/Recess Reminders

As we continue to reflect upon our safety procedures, the following area is something at the elementary that we would like to address. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly to Principal Behnke for further clarification.

  • Parents are welcome to join their child for lunch during the school day. If other family members would like to join, we are asking that parents/guardians notify the school so that we know that visitors will be joining us. We ask for this communication in an effort to ensure a safe school environment and to confirm your approval as it pertains to your child.
  • In addition, for the safety of all students, we are not allowing parents/families to join students on the playground for recess, as it is difficult to supervise anyone other than our students playing outside.
  • We also ask you not bring in outside food from fast food restaurants as this creates quite a stir in the lunchroom with those students bringing food from home or our lunchline.  
  • Lastly, we ask you to refrain from taking pictures when you are in the lunchroom as we have many students who are on our non-publishable list. 

How to Report an Absence

Families are now able to submit an absence request through Skyward for elementary students. This feature allows you to notify your student’s school when your student will be absent. To report an absence via Skyward, log into your Skyward Family Access Account and select the Attendance Tab. Families are still able to call the school’s Attendance Line to report an absence.
