Stuff a Truck for the Hudson Area Food Shelf
The Hudson School District and County Market are helping to collect food for the Hudson Area Food Shelf from October 26 through November 5. During this time of economic uncertainty, the Food Shelf is being used by more families, and the Stuff a Truck event helps fill our warehouse. Each of the Hudson schools will have a collection box beginning October 26. Students can bring nonperishable items during those two weeks. Items the Food Shelf almost always needs include hot chocolate, coffee, tea, Kleenex, macaroni and cheese, boxed or bagged potato mixes, canned soup, and baked beans. Please make sure that the “use by” date hasn’t passed. The Food Shelf and its participants thank you for your help!

Hudson Prairie Student Wellness Inaugural Walk-tober!
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Wellness Team is unable to host the monthly Family Fit Nights as in the past – so we are having a (click on link to read about it) Wellness Walk-tober! We hope this will help families and students keep moving towards healthy and active lifestyles. Students will bring home a family recording packet on Monday. Here is a link if you would like to print your own. Your family goal is to walk or run ONE mile a day. Mark it on the sheet for the week, tear off the week and return it on the following Monday to be entered in a drawing for an awesome family wellness prize!
Walk-tober starts October 5th – So get moving! Watch this video link!
