All are welcome to learn how to knit or if you already know how to knit, please bring projects to work on. Knitting can be beneficial for enhancing self esteem, improves fine motor skills and can be a calming activity for learners. Students will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, stockinette stitch and how to cast off. We’ll be making a simple creation such as a square coaster or hot pad. This will be a very fun way to meet other people interested in knitting.
