2017 Fall Season Sport Start Dates:

  • Football Gr. 10-12: Tuesday, August 1st

  • Girls Swim & Dive: Tuesday, August 8th

  • Cross Country: Monday, August 14th
  • Boys Soccer: Monday, August 14th
  • Volleyball: Monday, August 14th

Fall Athletic Registration in FeePay will be available in mid-July.

Raider Elite Strength & Conditioning

Raider Elite is Hudson High School’s in-house strength and conditioning program for students entering grades 9-12. Raider Elite is staffed by certified strength and conditioning coaches from Catalyst Sports Medicine. The goals of the program is to teach proper lifting techniques, injury reduction, and gain strength, speed and power.

Summer Program

  • Monday, June 12th – Friday, July 28th (No session Tuesday, July 4th)
  • Session Times
    • 7:00-8:30 AM (Co-Ed Athletic Session) Monday-Thursday at High School Weight Room
    • 8:30-10:00 AM (Female Athlete Only Session) Monday-Thursday at High School Weight Room
    • 10:00-11:30 AM (Co-Ed Athlete Session) Monday-Thursday at High School Weight Room
    • 4:00-5:00 PM (Co-Ed Athlete Session, Limited to 20 athletes) Monday-Thursday at Catalyst Sports Medicine
  • Recovery Workout (yoga, foam rolling and stretching)
    • June 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14, 21
    • 10:00-11:00 AM at High School Weight Room

Fees: $115 – includes all 39 sessions of weight lifting, speed, agility, and quickness training, as well as recovery/yoga on Fridays. (click here to register)

All athletes who plan to participate must plan on attending Test-In Week (Tuesday, May 30 – Friday, June 2 from 3:00-5:00 PM). If you are not able to attend, Test-Ins will continue June 12-15 when the summer program starts or contact Scott Hintz at 715.410.1917/
