PERFORMANCE DETAILS
- Doors open 30 minutes before showtime but may be held at the direction of the directors.
Please wait in the forum and away from the main auditorium entrance until the doors are opened. - All seating is assigned – printed or digital tickets are required for each ticket holder. Screenshots are not accepted.
(Excludes Band & Orchestra Concerts – These events are General Seating and tickets are not typically needed.) - Online ticket sales remain open until showtime or until a performance is sold out.
- The on-site box office opens 30 minutes before showtime but we encourage ticket purchases to be made online in advance.
- Please be in your seat before the performance begins. Those arriving late may be asked to wait in the back of the auditorium until being allowed to be seated during a break in the performance.
TICKET POLICIES
- Tickets and Confirmation emails will come from Hudson High School Performing Arts and will have a subject line of Tickets purchased from Hudson High School Performing Arts. Confirmation and tickets sometimes get routed into your SPAM box, so please check your SPAM box as well.
- Your credit/debit card statement will have PY*Hudson Performing Arts listed when order tickets for Hudson High School events.
Please contact the High School Box Office before disputing these charges with your credit card company. - Please double check that you are purchasing tickets for the correct performance, date and time!
- We do not allow the ability to leave single seats in a row. Please plan accordingly when selecting your seats.
- For information regarding one time exchanges, please email hsdboxoffice@hudsonraiders.org. Exchanges must be completed a minimum of one week for your schedule performance date and are based on availability.
- All ticket sales are final – no refunds will be given.
- The following ticket delivery methods are available:
- Email – You will receive an email containing one or more attachments (PDF documents) that serve as printable tickets. You must print these tickets and bring them with you to the performance.
- Will Call – No tickets will be sent to you. Please arrive at the high school box office to pick up your tickets. Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to showtime.
